my game crashes to desktop as well. before this, i was playing just fine (140 hours). i gave the devs my log files and haven’t heard from them since.

please be patient. your posts have been seen and there have also been several replies on different bug and crash reports.
things like that are not fixed in a couple of hours. and aside from that i am sure the team is busy with ironing out all reported issues since the update.

follow the instructions in the thread linked above.
logfiles are files that collect data from the game, crash reports, player logs etc.
with the date the team can investigate the issue, and look for possible causes.
so sending your logfile helps
the instructions are really easy to follow. if you do have issue with the language, use chatGPT or DeepL to translate, they are both quite good.

after the hotfix 2，I still can’t enter game，If I use the save of perf_iagnosis in None, I can enter the main menu, but once I want to start the game, the game will crash. If I create a new character or kingdom, the game will crash directly, and I won’t even be able to return to the main menu unless I delete the newly created character or kingdom.
