Thank you very much Team now game perfectly run on my pc in fact double fast than before.
thank you for the report, I have sent all the information to the tech department.
thank you for the report.
Can you please include your DxDiag information found on step 5 here: How to Properly Report Bugs!
the problem still persists, hotfix 2 didn’t fix it
hey I have replied to you in the original bug report thread. this thread has been discussing other crash issues. thanks
here is the DxDiag info Unique Download Link | WeTransfer
Hello there,
Games keeps crashing at random from 2min in, up to a max session of 12min. Crash result either in a freeze needing ctrl+shift+escp, a crash to desktop with no warning, and rarely a stutter/sound and computer reboot.
Lowering all the the quality and resolution to lowest seems to get me some precious minutes to enjoy getting de session from 2 min up to 12 min.
The game run smooth as silk with everything maxed out and res at 2K getting consistent 60FPS though, no mem build up, and everything vastly under 100%.
Setup is :
- Win 11 Pro N
- AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
- 32 Go RAM
- SSD SN770 2To with game installed
- SSD P3 with system installed
GPU and chipset Drivers up to date.
The log link here : Unique Download Link | WeTransfer and description of the crashes below :
- Max res/quality Crash to desktop 2 min in, picking up a coin
- Lowest setting crash to desktop 5 min in, just walking
- Mid setting Crash to desktop 5 min in, just walking
- Mid setting Crash to desktop 4 min in, literally didn’t move, loaded the game and leaved it like that
Obviously, i can reproduce the bug anytime ![]()
Please help, really want to enjoy the game, but for more than 5 minutes before needing to launch it again…
Thks for the next hotfix or smthin in advance !
Thank you for the report, will send along to investigate the logs
In the meantime can you verify the integrity of the steam files.
- Open the Steam client and go to your Library.
- Right-click on the game you want to verify and select Properties.
- Go to the Local Files tab.
- Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files.
- Steam will then check your game files and replace any that are missing or corrupted.
our tech developers are recommending you do a Memory Problem Check as the logs are giving many different reasons for the crashes. Can you give this a go and let me know the results?
https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-check-for-memory-problems-in-windows
I acutally did a full check on everything on my end the day after i posted. The memory seemed to be the problem. Got some errors on memtest86, turned down the DOCP a bit, and now everything looks to be working !
I never had any problem on any other game before that, that’s why i didn’t prioritize the hours long mem test sorry ![]()
Thanks for the swift response anyway !
perfect, glad to hear this helped.
thank you for the report ![]()
It has been 26 days since my last submission bug, and I would like to ask if this issue has been resolved? I have not received any news or response so far
Hey @ray sorry for not updating in this thread. we have identified the problem and have submitted a fix for the upcoming patch. Thank you for your patience
When will the next update be? I have been waiting for a long time, or could you please send me the relevant repair files first so that I can experience the current version?
Hey @ray I apologize for the long wait. We are hoping to push a hotfix next week for the Crucible Update which will include the fix from your crashes. I can poke you once the hotfix is live here on Forum to be sure you have it as soon as possible. Thanks again for your patience.
It has been almost a month since my last reply, and the update is still not online. I would like to ask when the next update will be? Can you provide a specific time, as I have been unable to open this game for a long time due to the previous bug.
hey, update is out, go check and see if its working @ray
Thank you for the update. Currently, I can play normally
I can finally continue my playthrough as well. Thank you!
