Accessibility settings within combat

I struggle to see the enemy i am locked onto and it would enrich my gameplay if enemies had a highlight outline while im locked on to them so i can better interpret their visual ques for their attacks.

This has been a very minor problem for me on the many characters i have played, and i could have just simply overlooked it and dealt with it, but when attempting to use a bow character, enemies become completly obscured by the visual effects of quivers to the point that i began losing combat against them more than i already was due to the obscuring blast/lightning quivers.

Everything which makes the game more accessible should indeed be a priority =D
