Crucible boss 2 phase

This Is too much, that’s it. 1 phase is hard enough, 2 is ridiculous. I don’t now why needed to make it so hard, but i leave it be for now, this is not passable for me

That’s one thing about crucible that I agree with. The boss should have much less HP so it would be comparable with other Souls bosses. And other bosses in the game itself. I beat the boss thrice, but through blood and tears.

this content is meant to be challenging and yes, it is challenging. At first.
Find the best items, change some aspects of your build and you will be able to pass it.

i 30 lvl, and ugraded my weapon and armor on max, and use best food for healing, and use blinking spell, and thats not enough! Meh… no, thx. May be, if i have a savepoint right near boss, but with this “Fury road” - no

There are builds that kill the crucible boss in less than 20 seconds…
Instead of making the bosses easier it would be better to make them more accessible once they are reached. Fail the boss and fail the whole crucible is not fair but if you fail the boss and are able to go back straight to the boss at the cost of more fallen embers would be much better.
It’s just getting used to the bosses moveset and getting better equipment to fight them.

I killed him with dual daggers at lvl 28 for the first time. Before this, I couldn’t even take off half HP. One thing changed everything - the plague ring.
Yes, now I don’t have runic attacks, but I have a strong auto attack and a big recovery from this. So I can make a few mistakes during the fight.
I’m not a pro player of such games and the reaction sometimes fails
try it, maybe something like this will change the game for you too?
There are many ways to restore HP - per your hit, per enemy hit, passive regeneration.

Now this allows me to learn how to parry his attacks.

This need to reroll my skills, or create new personage - i don’t have so much time.

when they add multiplayer it might be the “easy mode” for some people

this requires rethinking your gear a bit.
Well, it’s probably better to put the game aside for a while, wait for the balance of patches or a major addition.

This game requires your time and skills, in case this is not enough, some variation of your items will solve the problem. But this again takes time…

i wonder, what type of multiplayer it will be? Like on Dark Souls, with calling ghosts?

we will see, i think it will be maximum of 4 player co-op

It will be very easy once you got familiar with his attack patterns. Pretty much all of his attacks can be easily dodged, parried or interrupted.

Looks like you never played a souls game… lol It is meant to be hard, for you to die, one, two, ten times. Then you need to do it all again, you get angry, you try toi understand what happened in the last run. Then the boss kills you at phase two with 40% health… more tries cause you are stubborn. Boss kills you with 20% life. twenty tries and counting. You try one day, stop, try again next day. Persistence. Make better food, bombs, any buff possible.

Eventually the fight becomes easier. You win. In souls game you can go grind some levels, but here at 30, weapon at max tier, etc… hard but doable.

BTW I am using a 2h hammer (str+int) and plate armor, 28 str, 26 int, 24 health.

i completed souls 3, and eldenring. And yes, beated Malenia with 3 tryes. And almost complete Sekiro, but 3 phase of last boss Isin - is the same thing abut what i talking there, it’s too much, so this game for me is monument of ruined balance, im not gona spend time for it, because know: in the end there will be Isin and his 3 phases… You told about twenty tries, dude, not all people has so many free time.

Next time you go against him, put on the 5min hp food buff, stop attacking, just dodging everything. You think he is hard, but really he is not hard once you stopped panicking trying get hits in. You will notice his attacks have really easy tells.

A lot answer where people advice about changing gear, well I agree with that, don’t understand why there isn’t an option to respec so one could try different builds, really…

I think it is skill problem

There isn’t respec because this is the 1st iteration of Early Access build of for the game.
Many features are not working or not implemented yet.

But his second phace way harder then first. Hmmm

The second phase appears half life of the boss or this long life bar is just for the phase 1 and same thing for the second phase ? :scream:

I have succeeded in taking a third of the bar for the moment, I hope this bar is not double lol.

I have read this boss is insensitive or very armored against magic / non physical damage. So the best way is brut damage !?
