When i upgrade the cerim armor it takes my materials and it progresses from level one to two. But the armor stat itself doesnt change. I have seen in the discord that this seems to happen to everyone.

I can confirm this. Sadly I upgraded it a lot before noticing.
Me too. Just wasted two different upgrade times before realizing this. I hope they fix this in the next patch. What is the point of giving us this armor if we cannot upgrade it?
