I’m being real like what the game was at the start was so much different.
I dislike the new mechanics entered in the game - Mainly surrounding the LIMITER on how many healing items you can use in battle.
You saw and played too much Elden Ring and Dark Souls and said lets take a game in that direction and literally ruin survivability.
I dislike how you deleted my old characters ( i was under the impression that these were going to be moved to a legacy account and to play the new content you needed to start a new realm and start new characters to play the content).
Enemies have 0 stagger / Their range got improved / Their AOE slams have been made bigger / You focused primarily on parrying and blocking but you get hit once with a shield theres all your stamina and you cant parry a boss i donno if you tried but its a lie. And you try to dodge well they hit a 180 degree angle around you and if your 0.001 second late there goes your health bar.
Id honestly like my money back its not the game i thought it would be in this release and i feel what was initially invested via this early access has been destroyed you got your bare bones game and decided to make it for the 1% of streamers who can actually muster the energy to continue to play this level of difficulty.

This is why i stopped playing diablo was the seasonal aspect and having to start new characters then you go and delete my hard work.

Who can i talk to about getting a refund i am disatsified with this game.

Clarification was released on how to access my old characters.
Enemies are now staggerable after this latest patch, That was an atrocious level of OP enemies to engage combat with when they could literally break through every one of your attacks and continue attacking.
Still mad about the Limiter on Healing Items, However i was the one at fault for this i later discovered you can expand on this with Plague Ichors so not as mad about that anymore.
Would be nice if i could respec points in the crucible again but the statue where you used to be able to do so is gone so still trying to figure that one out or if i need to hit lv.30 first which im pretty close to doing and have to complete the crucible boss to do so i cant remember anymore but thats obnoxious cause im stuck in my build now.
