The end game drops, loot and the chores problem, as well as progression and crafting on campaign

Okay here’s my attempt to be as constructive as possible, I’m usually not good at it.

First, the game is a lot of fun, at least for me who likes figuring stuff out and exploring, problem is it’s not very rewarding, and I can’t experiment all the much without having to make new worlds, and I hate the whole system of making new worlds all together.

1º The entirety of crafting and city upgrade feels useless and a waste of time at the beginning of the campaign, and a hassle at the end. I like crafting, and like the idea that crafting should be the best way to get gear, problem is, I can blitz through the campaign way faster than the refinery timers work, I can get to the end of the campaign before I finish processing all the mats needed to upgrade the town to tier 2…

And when i finally upgraded the whole city… if I want to craft and upgrade my items, I’m blocked the the atrocious low drop rate of leather and cloth materials, I think a dismantle option so I could dismantle all the useless gear I drop to get those mats would be great, even better if parried with a buff to the drops rate or an way to target farm those materials, being reliant on chest runs using 6 different worlds to get those materials as well as embers feels terrible

2º the whole passive point system feels off, and unrewarding[?]. Here’s the thing, the “damage attributes” are so unworthy it that most builds just get the bare minimum for their weapon, a little bit of weight capacity, and go full life… stamina and focus? dump one and solve the other with rings… Playing pure evasion with low HP is not an option, cause even with stamina investment, you will run out of stamina before hitting the boss, plus many attack animations can’t be interrupted with dodge when you need to dodge an attack mid combo, I have no idea if it’s the atribute points the need adjustments, or the combat, or the gear + enchantments, or a bit of everything, but it’s quite annoying that all builds devolve into life stacking, then getting “ % reduce health” to get black pearl uptime all the time, while still having big health pull cause tanking some hits is better than avoiding them all

3º that probably is tied to the first, but having to create multiple worlds just so ou can farm resources to sustain 1 character is terrible design on the levels of Lost Ark, feels like you need to make alts, just so your main can canibalize their progression, that and the fact that I’m playing menus and load screens for the bigger half of my “chores” in the game if I’m trying to farm materials instead of the mind numbing runs of the crucible, but I do believe the crucible will get better with time, or I at least hope it will
