Terrible state of silver ore/bar right now

Yeah… brainsss… brainsss…

Great! Thank you! It’s important to show just how much players are displeased with the change so the devs can have their priority set on solving it!

This is the biggest problem, IMO.

They can kind of get away with it while T3 is the highest loot in the game. But there’s no way anyone is going to farm 70-80 silver bars for upgrading their T3 armor when it would probably take significantly less time to just move on to T4 gear in the real game.

I suppose the other odd thing to consider is the level requirement, though. Could technically raise what was originally T1 gear all the way to the maximum, and then throw it on an alt without any level requirements, I think. Wonder if that’s one of the reasons upgrade requirements are so high.

Very good point, I hadn’t even considered that. Then it kind of makes sense, if you disregard EA, and think about the full release.

They could add some silver nodes in the crucible, that would help

Why not? Who doesn’t have hundreds of Iron or Copper squirreled away.

Silver could be just as abundant in the next act.

You don’t need silver with current state of the game. You can clear echo Knight with store bought weapons using flurry runes to stun lock him at level 23 or lower.

I’d 100% agree if the content was harder and we had access to tier 3 zones. But…we don’t so I don’t see the issue. Current content does not expect you to have maxed tier 3 gear!

That’s funny. I was actually telling myself I should drop some gold on just silver bars before the patch hits, and opted to wait another day to do it as it was late and I was tired, then the patch hit and I missed the chance lol. Was thinking we could at least buy ore from them and the price was going to be adjusted and sold for more than bars had been, but having neither being sold was kind of a blow given the low chance of silver.

Flurry runes what?
Are we playing the same game?

Bring back refined mats at vendors

Made a post about it too.

Sorry I wasn’t more specific. There are runes that hit multiple times and for me they are all ‘flurry runes’. Lightning flurry is the rune. You can get from the Buried Shamshir from the smithy vendor.

Alright thanks maybe I can defeat the echo boss with this

Enchant the axe first to get focus on damage dealt and health on damage dealt (health not required but makes it easier, don’t even need food). Add focus on damage dealt gem to weapon. Add focus gain on focus use topaz gem to pants. If you dont have enough Regen using lightning flurry get a torch, enchant it so it has focus on damage dealt and indestructible. Your total focus through rings or stats should be around 200-400 depending on how much focus on damage dealt percent you have. Good luck!

Can also do this with the claymore and fire or ice throw. Try to get armor at least to 600-1000.

Bow cone shot is also good but need main hand with focus on damage dealt. Bow is not enchanted but with focus on damage dealt ring.

Mage can do staff with any cone spell that shoots out 5 projectiles, again with focus on damage dealt.

alright thanks just died on my 7th try. Wouldn’t be so bad if to get back there wasn’t long

Yeah I died a lot at first too. Keep practicing! Also, every swing needs to hit the boss or you won’t get more focus back then you spent. There are other videos out there to see general tactics.
Here’s a good vid for the lightning flurry crucible run from Ulfhednar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ebZqYzKoYmo

Well I can get him to stage 2 now quite easy. Then I get my cheeks clapped!

Why is everybody using a torch btw?

because you can get focus on damage dealt and health on damage dealt on the torch when you enchant it. And it’s cheap to buy. So you buy 30 of them and enchant until you have focus on damage dealt and indestructible. health on damage dealt is a plus too. Then you put the topaz gem to get MORE focus on damage dealt and then it becomes easy to spam your rune attacks like lightning flurry. You have to have it equipped though for it to work so only works with one handed weapons to my knowledge.

You can also put runes like Blink on it or Damage Surge.

Progress! If you can back him against a corner you can stun lock him by spamming Lightning Flurry.

Dont forget to use the Sirloin platter to get 600 seconds of 45 extra health. There are also the 10% damage bonus and +100 focus food that give bonuses for 600 seconds. I think one is the apple pie, forget what the other is. Eat those right before you walk into the boss room.

Aye I stuff myself full of food before the fight
Thanks I am gonna try the torch trick!
