Some of the problems encountered. I hope to be seen

I don’t speak English very well and used the website translation. I apologize if it reads strange.

After almost ten hours of continuous play, I simply can’t play without relying on loading archives, but in no way do I think this game should be loading archives over and over again.

This is a single player game, not an online game.

Monster drops shouldn’t be so highly randomized. Especially bosses, the randomization of boss drops is one of the most disgusting things about this game. bosses should drop their weapons when they die, and they should drop their weapons normally.

When you choose to go to sleep, you should wake up immediately and get your blood or durability back, and give a buff, not four hours later.

Upgrading the various stores shouldn’t be so time consuming, gathering these harsh amounts of materials is already a pain in the ass.

There are some other issues

Some other means of replying should be added. You should be able to get a couple vials of blood every time you touch from the teleportation point and when you revive. It could be a small amount, three vials to start with. Fixed vials should have limitations, such as only 10 percent per second for each restoration, and 10 seconds for another restoration. Food, on the other hand, should reduce the amount of time it takes to use food again after using it once. Since food is better than blood vials, this would encourage players to use food but still have a fixed blood vial.

Item switching issues. I don’t know how to switch foods during combat, and when I finish a food, it automatically switches to mushrooms when I clearly have a better food in my backpack.

Executions. After chipping an enemy’s toughness the enemy will be on their knees for a few seconds, but you can’t execute them.

The grids in the backpack that need to be unlocked are too harsh and annoying for exploring the map.

There are also, for example, daily refreshed challenge quests, something that shouldn’t be refreshed by time. Players can level up quickly throughout the day, while the stuff given by the daily quests will lag behind the player’s progress seemingly useless.

What do you mean by “Loading archives”? Loading multiple worlds? If yes then that’s perfectly fine and it’s what the devs wanted. Plenty of other games do this like Core Keeper, Terraria, Stardew Valley, Valheim, etc.

Incorrect. This is a Multiplayer first game and the devs have said so multiple times. They just wanted the game to be stable for the Multiplayer release so that’s why it’s coming later.

This is EXACTLY what made me obsessed with the game. Replayability and, to an extend, grinding. Same as I did with Lords of the Fallen, same as I did with Remnant II and Borderlands 2 and looooooads of other games. Randomized loot is exactly the reason I play this game. The devs announced it so, I liked it and I jumped in.

I agree that there should be at least one way to replenish your health because right now neither the bed nor the checkpoint does it and I’m pretty sure the bed is bugged as well because it didn’t even give me the buff.

Gathering the items is perfectly ok. I never had the issue with the clay either. Also time is 4 hours. That’s ok since you do have plenty of stuff to go out and do anyway.

What is a “Vial of blood” ?

Executions. After chipping an enemy’s toughness the enemy will be on their knees for a few seconds, but you can’t execute them.

Agree. We need executions from the front if we’ve staggered the enemy.

It takes ~10 minutes to get 3 Ichors. I unlocked everything in less than one hour. I wrote this guide for this as well. It’s so fast and easy to do with loads of bonuses:

not multiple worlds。Each time you exit the game, an additional archive of your world will be created. Each time you enter the world you can select one of the multiple archives to enter. This will result in players being able to kill bosses over and over again or get quest rewards over and over again. Players can thus swipe items and level up quickly.

Actually, I’m totally fine with random drops from enemies other than bosses, but at least the rare weapons dropped by bosses should be available consistently. The bosses can have different properties each time they drop a weapon, but at least the weapon is guaranteed to drop.

Do you mean files? If yes, I don’t even have a clue where the game saves its files but even with this, it doesn’t matter.

Like you can by literally starting a new world and re-running everything which is the way the game is supposed to be played?

No, they shouldn’t. They should stay random. Run the game again on multiple worlds. It’s easy anyway.

Multiple worlds? That means constantly recreating new worlds and playing them all again.

Yes, that’s exactly what me and the entire discord community is doing for everything.

Need to farm Ichors? New world.

Need to farm clay? New world.

Need to farm gold? New world for the bounties.

That’s exactly why the “Realm” menu is there. Go back and play again. Replaybility is the soul of the game.

i mean, is that a good mechanic though? I’ve personally done it to “game” the system. It doesn’t mean its a fun means of progression. Defending bad design choices simply because you can “get around them” doesn’t mean its well implemented.

Defending bad design choices simply because you can “get around them”

You misread my comment or I didn’t write it well enough. “Get around” was for the people duping files since it doesn’t matter. Multiple worlds is in the game.

Multiple worlds is not a “bad design choice”. It’s just the one that the devs and multiple other games have done already and ones that are universally accepted to be one of the best games ever(See terraria, stardew valley).

Personally I like this system and I am glad to see it in this game as well.

To get the second boss’s sword, I killed him fifteen times or more and only dropped one. The drop probability is incredibly low.

Late game stage bosses and high level resources can’t be encountered without hours of time in a new world. Am I going to waste dozens of hours for a sword with a super low drop probability? Repeating the creation of new worlds is ridiculous.

Even in Terraria, bosses have a means to repeat kills, even if the drops are randomized. Whereas this game can only be beaten by constantly loading an archive or going out into the wild to try to see if you can run into the boss you want to fight. by the time I ran into the first boss in the wild I was almost level 20 and didn’t need his weapon.

No, i didn’t miss read your comment. You probably don’t understand mine. Requiring people to play the same content over and over by creating multiple worlds to “get around” not being able to obtain what they need in a single play through is not a good design philosophy in a game like this. While I’ve never played terraria i assume its akin to games like Valheim or other survival games where all you do is collect resources anyway, and even making new worlds for extra loot wasn’t fun when i played Valheim. This is a souls like, with arpg style loot, with random gathering/survival style mechanics slapped on it for upgrading your town. There SHOULDNT be a need to keep creating new worlds to play the game, especially this early on. Some people don’t have infinite time to play games. Making a game with tedium in mind only makes sense for subscription or FTP games with transactions. Its stupid in a full purchase single player title.
