Silver Costs on mesh torso (Sacrament Mesh Torso Armor) (Bug or intentional?)

Is it normal, that trying to upgrade really wants you to spend 30+ silver ingots, for just 1 armor piece, or is that a bug? I for instance, I upgraded a sacrament mesh Torso Armor from tier 3/0 to 3/1 to 3/2, which at total costed me 20 silver ingots, and now it wants me to pay another 10 silver ingots. Unlike other upgrades, that go back to previous tier upgrade material requirements, that go up the higher the level it is.

Left one is before upgrade. Right one is after upgrade. Exact same painful requirements.

Please tell me this is a bug, lol.

Looks like a bug to me. I just upgraded my t3 plate armors… it’s like 10 silver for 3/1, then 6 silver and lastly 4 silver ingots for 3/3.

Lol I just looked at the sell price and wondered where that comes from until i got what you mean
