This is particularly an issue when using Nintendo flipped controls for a switch pro controller. This makes the “B” button (which would be A on Xbox or X on PS) your dodge/sprint, and also the cancel button which also makes you drop off a climbing wall. So unless you’re already sprinting when you start climbing pressing sprint will make you fall odd the wall.
