While playing the game yesterday, when I tried to pick up an item from the ground, my character got stuck repeatedly playing the pickup animation and remained frozen in that state. Pressing the Esc key did not open the menu, and pressing any key did not produce any response to move the character. I had to force close the game using Task Manager. Afterwards, when I launched the game again, it stayed unresponsive on the realm screen as shown in the image. I tried “last whisper point” but not working.

Can you check if your character changed appearance, or if you lost maybe 1 or two utility rune slots?

Hi Silas,
There is no issue with my character’s appearance right now. I can tell this from the appearance screen in the main menu. I can’t check the utility rune slots because I can’t enter the realm with my character. My problem is i can’t enter my realm. My realm doesn’t load. It’s freeze loading screen. I tried joining to my brother’s realm, but the game freezes on the realm loading screen. I can create a new character and enter my own realm without any issues. Also, i have only one realm. Thank your responding.

Can you try this:
- Continue from last whisper but let it load for a looooongg time
- If still no results: Make a new Realm and enter it with your current character
OR
- create a new character and try to enter your first Realm with that
Let me know if any of these combinations work!
