Hi serg!

Great to see you have already submitted your files, can you take a look at this topic: [Combined] Stuttering every 10 sec on one realm

and try that fix please. Get back to me here if you have a result, either positive or negative.

I will try to help you!

Hello, thank you for response, i’ve tried to disable gameinput service but it doesn’t help. Today i get crash again after first 15 minutes of play with disabled service.

Honestly, i used to have crashes in other games, but then I limited the frame rate to 60 FPS, and the crashes disappeared. Now I don’t have any problems with other games at all. But I’m still not sure if this is a hardware issue or a game bug. Hope this helps you investigate the issue.

Can you confirm that your crashes are also happening in a newly created Realm?

Yes i just experienced a crash in another realm too. The only defference is that my pc completely rebooted, not just the game crashed. I checked bluescreen log and found this

. I can share whole minidump folder if you need.

No need on my account. I’ve escalated your issue towards the proper channel, for now that is all I can do!

Thank you for doing your part.

Hey there, i am not 100% sure, but it looks like a kernel error, likely a timeout. did you by any chance overclock your CPU or GPU? that can cause issues like that.

if you are playing on a laptop it might also be a good idea to watch your CPU temperature while you play.

when these BSOD crashed occur after some time under stress/high resource usage, it sounds to me like a temperature problem. especially when you also encountered it with other games.

as i said, not entirely sure if that helps, but might be worth keeping an eye on

and as always, check if all drivers are up to date. i once hat reoccurring BSOD crashes due to an outdated audio driver.

at least those are things you can check yourself, while the issue is investigated.

I don’t think it’s an overheating issue. I did stress test by furmark for one hour or even more. The GPU temperature was about 75 degrees and maximum hot spot was about 85. OCCT tests also didn’t found any overheat or throttling issues. I didn’t change any bios or overclocking settings. Moreover, i mostly use balanced mode (between performance and power savings) rather than the high performance mode from asus utility.

I found out from a Google search that the bsod is mainly caused by memory or driver issues. But i have latest drivers installed, tested RAM and SSD, and all the tests passed without issues. And i am not sure that bsod issues and crash issues are the same. In most cases the game crashed without bsod.

The last thing I haven’t tried is to reinstall windows completely. I will let you know if it will help or if I encounter crash issues in other games.
