After using a Sublime Ember (or Watcher) to perform even one Exalting, the item should be permanently locked per the official wiki:
“Items which have been exalted cannot be modified by any method except to further exalt the enchantments or to return the item’s rarity to Common with a Void Ember.”
However, Radiant Ember can still be freely used on the exalted item, allowing 15% roll increases even after the lock should apply.
Hm I’m on the fence if this is a flaw or intended (regardless of the lock icon).
I will inquire about this.

“Then the Unofficial Wiki” probably should get updated.. Because the old Exalt system Function before the Together update it had the Radiant Embers function and the Sublime Embers function as one Function.
-Edit: Then the Editors of that Unofficial Wiki should probably change that.
You can probably report it to them over on the Unofficial Wiki, as it would still help other players i guess?
There’s no official Wiki. Well, there’s this one The Official Wicked Wiki, but it’s not actively maintained. The one you took the quote from is an unofficial Wiki, which is actively worked on by community members.
I know. The key issue is this bug, and the Wiki was also updated recently.
That Wiki is up-to-date; its content was updated after the Together update and is consistent with the official announcements. So there’s nothing wrong with that Wiki.
Isn’t this intended ? I mean, the only thing that matters really is rerolling a bad exaltation into another bonus and trying again. Radiant basically strengthens the enchantment that’s already there. So I guess radiants won’t go to waste if exaltation bricks the item and you need to start all over. Radiant ember drop rates are already bad enough for this not being an actual function.
this ^
i believe in-game description is clear - it says you cannot reroll enchantments after exalting
