Hey, I’m just starting to play the game since it’s currently free on Steam, and I’m considering buying it. One thing that stood out immediately were the very particular body proportions of the characters.
I’ll be blunt: I hate them. It’s not that the game is bad because of this, but in a game with character customization, a huge part of the community cares about how their character looks. Those massive arms—on both male and female characters—don’t feel like a bold or interesting stylistic choice; they just make everyone, including npcs in cutscenes, look like a bunch of primates.
If the team is committed to this direction, the bare minimum would be to offer alternative body shape options. And for Christ’s sake, please add the ability to edit your character after creation.
