Our game crashes every time we go near chests in our houses

Completely game breaking bug, crashing us every time we go near chests in the houses :/, having trouble trying to report the bug properly as I the dmp files dont seem to be appearing from these crashes

If anyone could lend any assistance it would be greatly appreciated, trying to do a proper report but like I said, can’t even find the dmp files for these crashes.. Seems to be a crash related to entering houses/approaching certain things like chests

Hey khratz, that sounds pretty severe!

Could you gather a few files so Moon can look into it?

Is this bound to the one shared Realm? Has anyone of the group a private Realm they can test on if it there also happens?

Is it widespread among every house or a select few?

Hi Silas,

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, there doesn’t appear to be any dmp files generating from these crashes/bugs, I only have dmp files from unrelated crashes in the past.

It only boots us back to the main menu so I’m not sure if the game considers it a full “crash” per say.

It appears to only be affecting out online shared realm as I did not have any issues on my private offline realm. Also, it appears to be all houses and all chests. Whenever any of us approach a chest in our homes the game boots us out back to the main menu.

Ideally a clip would also help.

Hi, gently bumping this to see if there has been any progress on this issue at all?

We don’t want to abandon our realm just yet until we hear something back.

By now, I don’t expect a hotfix anymore since I saw this:

Any fixes Moon has cooked up will be part of that patch I think.
