Off-Screen Attacks / DMG

I didn’t notice this back when game came into “early access”, but after coming back for ‘The Breach’ update, I’ve encountered multiple instances of off screen attacks (mostly ranged weapons/throwables, but occasionally lunge ones too), many resulting in death. Particularly distressing when fighting multiple foes at once, or in tight spaces with death by fall is of high probability. Now, I do not know if this is a feature/bug/oversight. If not a feature, please fix it XD
If is a feature, please consider changing it. XD I mean, the occasional “ambush” can make for a good mechanic, it does give a certain feeling of peril and uncertainty. But should be occasional, and also very carefully tunned, since those tend to feel “cheap”. And if we are talking about mid fight, then is just frustrating, sucker punches always are.
