To begin: Its an epic game, loving the everything so far. Excellent job.
Suggestion/Request: It’s always been one of the best parts of an RPG game when there’s a legendary items tied deeply to the lore and NPCs (eg. the from BG3 Balduran’s Giantslayer, Blood of Lathander) that is gettable, and has some NPC conversation/book info scattered about to hint at the existence, but are still entirely miss-able.
The world of NRFTW is very engrossing, and after the main quest is finished at this stage going back out is still fun, but having items like this hidden out there would make the adventuring so much more engrossing. Bonus points for items that require multiple stages to get or are just very hard to get (but not due to RNG).
