Loot felt uninspiring and disconnected from exploration

Hello!
First of all, thank you for the great game.
However i have one major problem with loot in this game – it felt unimpactful and it definetly don’t inspire me to explore the level. In all souls-like games (or handcrafted rpgs) unique loot (i’m talking not only about legendary weapons) is major part of exploration. Right now, when i see loot orb at the top of the tower or distant chest in onbscure cave, i don’t have this urge to find WHAT IS IT – i just know, that this is potion or food or craft component or some purple item, in other words it’s not UNIQUE, it doesn’t have STORY behind it. And i know, that loot is random, so this loot orb is indistinguishable from another. They are all the same.
I want to feel that urge of exploration and thrill of finding some unique stuff, you know? Maybe some unique home decorations, that you can’t craft, tropheys from bosses that you could expose at you home, loot for NPC’s that you could retrieve to them and have some little story behind it without a quest ‘go and find‘ (not 10 logs, but some one of a kind item, like a family hammer for blacksmith or smth like that), some infusions, that make your potions more potent or something like that. It’s much more fun find in dark cave a remnants of ancient wizard and some magic orb among it that would upgrade you healing flask, than collect 10 wood and upgrade your flask that way. OFC you could miss that orb, but your whole game is inspiring exploration.

And some unique legendary equpment (not just weapons and a couple of rings) would be nice.

Long story short, worldbuilding and exploration through the loot
