I don’t read patches because its too long, I just want to ask if “Overall Speed Increase” is still atainable in enchanting armors? I ask because I just enchant 100+ armor items of any part and I did not see a single “Overall Speed Increase” in a single one. Idk if its because of the patch but if anyone manage to get it by enchanting on the recent patch, please tell the armor that you enchant

Also would you know if “Health Effect increase” on armors also affect lifesteal or “Gain Health on Damage dealth”??
the new patch has made the enchantment for armor parts essentially useless…the new affixes, as well as being useless, seem to have a prevalence over the old ones…either they hurry up and fix the thing or like many others players i will stop playing soon
