I’m using on my main weapon a lifesteal gem. I see a lot of enchantments that increase healing. Does healing% increase lifesteal coefficient or is just for food?
Hi,
Increased Lifesteal - GIVES you lifesteal. It doesn’t increase other sources of lifesteal. Healing increases scales lifesteal.
In my experience yes, “healing increased” does effect life-steal
I just slotted the “lifesteal increased by x” to a blank 2h sword (blister, unenchanted). In my setup it gives me three to four hp per hit. If there some way to increase lifesteal, especially on 2H? Or is it totally per hit and thus only makes sense on quick hitting weapons?
I’m pretty sure lifesteal % is a % of the damage you do, which means a 2h (which should hit harder) should heal more per hit.
you are right. thanks for pointing that out. I used a different weapon with a higher damage and received a lifesteal of 16 hp from a 230 dmg hit. so it was a 7% gain from a gem which had a +8%. I also have high +healing stats on my equip, so it’s probably scaling off some pre-buffed damage values.
confirmed to scale off weapon damage. nice.
