After 0124 update lifesteal feels wrong can’t heal correctly.
Testing: a rapier with 10% lifesteal gem
before attack:
After 44 dmg attack , Only gain 2 HP instead 44* 10% = 4.4HP .
My friend’s character had the same result. Tried some different weapon setups has same result.

Lifesteal has hidden modifier of 0.3 so in reality instead of 10% you have 3% lifesteal. This was mentioned in Breach Refined patch notes but is not in the game anywhere.
if the final modifier makes it 0.3 , why does it says 10% in the first place??? for what? just write 3%. What the hell is this bs for
