Tested with 3x agility + 3 purple pieces of gear:
- agility rings:
- 8%, 11%, 12% attack speed
- 8%, 8%, 9% movement speed
- purple gear:
- 6%, 8%, 10% overall speed
Effects as of patch 2:
- movement speed: seems to be working fine
- attack speed: doesn’t work at all
- overall speed: doesn’t work at all
