Game crashes to desktop after Crucible update

after the hotfix 2，I still can’t enter game，If I use the save of perf_iagnosis in None, I can enter the main menu, but once I want to start the game, the game will crash. If I create a new character or kingdom, the game will crash directly, and I won’t even be able to return to the main menu unless I delete the newly created character or kingdom. this is my file :Unique Download Link | WeTransfer
