I’ve finished the Iona’s cave previously. Now it’s a daily, where I need to kill all the monsters in it. Toward the end there are 2 witches shooting fireballs from an inaccessible plattform to the right of the invisible bridge. How do I kill them as melee? (dexterity claw build)
There are various “dart” runes in the game.
*The easiest and most used being from the Hoar Frost Sickle you can buy from the enchanter merchant in the city.
If you can’t equip the weapon, just take the rune from it and put in on a weapon you can use. - remove after if Ice isn’t your thing.

You shouldn’t need to kill those for the pestilence, as the enemies outside of that cave are more than enough to trigger the boss.
I’m not after the pestilence, it just so happened the glades became plagued while I was doing dailies.
Clearing Iona’s Cavern is a daily bounty called Seen the light with this text:
They say there’s a bright light when you die. Maybe that’s just The Gloam, pulling you down into the dirt.
Track down these plagued cave dwellers and snuff out their light for good.

Best of luck experimenting with the ranged runes, there are quite a few interesting ones.
*Check out Plague splatter if ya get a chance (it can clear entire rooms, so long as the enemies are “on your level”)
Thx. I just extracted the Ice Dart from The Hoar Frost sickle. This destroys the weapon, so whatever I put it in is gonna keep it 
Edit: actually I cannot put the Ice Dart rune into any of my weapons (2H gauntlets, 1H curved sword, 1H spear).

*You can re-buy that weapon daily so it’s no big deal.
from my experience, breaches tend to mess up dailies. sometimes the daily quests will directly spawn what you need to kill and mark the area on your map directly.
i’m about 99% sure that those witches (despite being witches) are NOT the witches you need to kill for your quest.
instead you’re supposed to clear the breach first. then when the area is clear, kill yourself (not IRL) or reload the game to refresh the map. check your map and there map should indicate where the witches have been spawned. these are the proper witches you should kill
OK, I’m surprised no one has actually told you this.
For that specific quest you need to kill the Gloamkins, the monsters with lights growing out of their bodies. But before you can do that, you have to clear the area from pestilence.
Until you’ve cleared the pestilence, your kills won’t count towards the quest.
If you have any daily quests in a an area with pestilence outbreak, you need to clear the outbreak first.
Kind of a hassle and annoying, but that’s how it is for now.
So, clear the pestilence, go back to the cave and kill the light monsters.
Thos witches are just there to harass you off the bridge, you don’t need to kill them.

Anyways to answer the other question of how to access those inaccessible platforms the witches usually stand on there are hidden bridges that lead to those spots you can probably check some guide if you can’t find them xD
They are fully accessible!
-Edit and the witch on your picture doesn’t have a hidden bridge to it so just move forward until you get on non-hidden ground and jump down on the side to get to it.
