Game keeps crashing after cloud sync conflict with 1 character

Hi all,
Yesterday I was playing with my 2nd character in a Realm with friends. We were playing for 30minutes when my game crashed mid-crucible. I opened the game again and got a “Cloud Sync Conflict“ but all good until here. I picked the most recent version and entered the Realm again only to take a few steps with my character to have the game crash again. I tried re-entering and it crashed during the moon studios logo.

After that I tried a lot of different things and the game kept crashing:

  • Verifying files
  • Reinstalling
  • Running as admin
  • Turning off steam cloud sync
  • Creating a new realm
  • Updated GPU

Yes, the game is installed on ssd :slight_smile: I’ll attach the logs too, lmk if there’s anything else you might need

I just tried reinstalling again and can guarantee that this is happening on a specific character only. I choose for my main character now and the game was running smoothly. I went back and joined the same realm with my 2nd character and the game instantly crashed

You cannot join any Realm with that problem character without it crashing?

Have you tried the option “continue from last whisper”?

I will see if I can dig up some more on this.
