Flashy effects reduce FPS and obstruct the view, the game doesn’t make much use of the graphics card

Enemy fire and explosion effects or similar are beautiful, but these flashy effects reduce FPS. and I can’t find myself when multiple enemies unleash their skills.

I’m running at 4K resolution and my graphics card is a 3070ti. i can’t stabilise at 60FPS, and only 40+ FPS when there are a lot of effects. but i turned on NVIDIA’s performance monitor and found that neither my GPU nor CPU occupancy is more than 35%, and the CPU i can understand. But why isn’t the GPU occupancy high? My monitor is 120Hz and I’m not limiting the frame rate in the game. Whether I turn on vertical sync or not, the frame rate is the same and so is the GPU usage.

In reality, it’s not laggy, but when there are a lot of effects, it affects my accuracy and I notice a delay in operation. I don’t know if this is caused by the reduced frame rate of the graphics card, or by the CPU or I/O.

Lastly, I noticed that in the screen settings, there is no option to not turn on DLSS, and I feel that my graphics card is capable of 100% rendering consumption without the need for DLSS.Currently DLSS may be a negative optimisation for high performance computers. This is just my speculation, hopefully the studio can experiment with these possibilities.
