Custom graphic setting/cpu intensive settings

Please consider adding custom graphic setting rather than only having preset, or an option to reduce CPU intensive effects such as fire effect, especially in the forest, a fire weapon can dip my fps from 45-50 to ~30 at 1080p i5-10400f 3060 performance graphics preset even after hotfix#2
