I found why the game stutters so much by accident today. I was having massive issues with game making it borderline unplayable 40 FPS on “Performance” with no res scaling(I dont like mushy textures and models)
I am using proces lasso for other game(tarkov) and saw that NRFTW is using core 1 only(0,1 in CPU affinity).
I changed in process lasso CPU affinity to all cores(0-15 in CPU affinity) and game went to over 100 FPS on my trusty 3060. On “quality” preset now with no res scaling I get over 60 FPS.
