Awful performance now

I went on vacation, came back to the new patch and the game plays atrociously now. Lags, bad FPS 30-40 on a new machine; a much much worse playing experience than before.
Gonna shelf this game for a while. Hope it gets a good lauch

and what did you want from early access? 100+ FPS , no lags and the beauty of the field? :улыбнись:

Strange, I held off purchasing the game until this very patch because I have a rather dated machine for todays standards (Ryzen 3600, RTX 2070) and now that I got the game, I get 60 fps (limited via driver) in most areas with quality set to “Balanced”, DLSS set to “Quality” and Resolution of 1440p. I never anticipated that I could run the game this well without doing any component upgrades.
The only lags I get is near transition zones for a short time, when all new assets are loading in.

I noticed though that sometimes fps is lower on average. Through my limited testing, it felt that e.g. having open a browser with video tabs and switching back and forth from the game brought that effect. Not sure though.

  • Your PC specifications

  • The graphics settings you’re using (resolution, display mode, DRS, vsync, quality preset, upscaling method if used, FPS cap on/off)

  • The locations where you experience the most significant FPS drops
