When the main girl says “Irmgard, I have business to the east”, the cinematic stops after “Irmgard, I”
Not sure if there’s any text after that, but I think the cinematic should display all the way until the voice line is over
What happened to the camera after that?

It just cut off and then you’re standing there in the playable area in front of the lady that exchanges materials

I only use the forum on my phone so hence I never upload logs 
I’ve had the bug a few times now, in different circumstances. It seems to be an issue on my pc/account because it has also happened in solo play.
For example, I just had the same issue in solo play, but for the cinematic in the town square
Ah that’s alright.
And I’ve let 2 people do the cutscene so far but they could not trigger it like you 
Do you use a headset? I’ve heard enough whispers now to know that sometimes windows 11 + audio firmware can result in a variety of audio issues.

I am on Windows 11 and mostly using a headset, although today the cutscene stopped early while I didn’t use a headset.
Could well be a W11 problem, it’s such a bad system at the moment
