Nameless Pass Breach cinematic not playing

During my playthrough on the Experimental Coop Beta, I got to the point where I’m supposed to speak with Madrigal Seline and the Breach cinematic plays out where the Mountain Gate shatters, etc, then boss fight with the Pestilence monstrosities.

However, simply put, the cinematic never played out. The Madrigal’s dialogue ended, and the cutscene never began; a super awkward silence + staring contest.

I sadly have no screenshot or recording. I attempted to force close my game (alt + F4) and rejoin the online realm, but I was still stuck. My only option was to skip the cinematic that would seemingly never begin, and immediately enter the arena.

I am unsure if I can replicate this bug, as I would only know after playing through the whole game again on a new realm.

Had the same issue and it’s even reproducible if you try to play that cinematic from Compendium. The interface becomes hidden like at any cinematic start, but you retain the control over your character. You can move slowly, dodge, holding skip button (which is dodge by default too) shows the skip progress at the bottom right corner.
