After killing the last boss and moving out the dungeon, this AOE still bind to my character and doing dmg against all outdoor mobs (40dmg for my equipment)
Sounds similar to this: Bug after Crucible lightning shock echo
Maybe it is a related issue. Have you tried logging out and back into your realm?
I will merge these two topics. Maybe there are more of these Echoes to get carried over and we can “collect” the issues in one post for more awareness.

I was making a run of Crucible and picked lightning shock area echo(the one that triggers every few seconds around you damaging and staggering enemies) and an upgrade of the said echo/boon.
Finished crucible by killing Echo Knight and I still have the boon(both visual and dmg wise).
Rebooting the realm fixed it though.
I moved your post here, as it seems to be an issue related to AoE echoes.

I still have the electricity bonus at the end of the Crucible. My game crashed after teleporting to Sacrament.
Same goes for you, I merged your post with this one, so we can collect as much information on one spot as possible
