Echo boss charged over the edge and the fight is now stuck.
The same exact thing just happened to me.
I’ve been doing this boss fight for days (I’m farming plague ichors) and this was the first time that it happened, so I guess that this glitch doesn’t happen very often.
Boss was in the first phase, he just charged and started to make the flame spell (the one where he spawns different flames on the arena) when he dropped below.

On a side note, can you guys please improve the Cerim outfit base stats (or add a transmog system so that the game balance isn’t ruined)? I’m a roleplayer and that would “my” outfit, but it is soooooo much worse than basically 50% of the loot I randomly get during a crucible run.
