[Combined] Game runs unplayable bad. (Performance issue)

Here is mine
fired up the game after a long time just to see what changed….

4090, 7950x3D, 192 GB RAM, installed on SSD
Yet I am constantly getting fps drops up to low 20 fps when running around

No matter what setting I choose (DLLS, DLAA, whatever upscaling quality), all affect only GPU; the game is hammering my CPU with utilisation spiking up to 23%/101% utilization (temps are at 56°C, so no problem there)

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to report a performance issue I am experiencing in your game.

I have already tried everything I could to improve performance and pushed my computer to its maximum capabilities, but I am still getting very low FPS. In most locations, I only get around 20–40 FPS. Occasionally it goes up to around 100 FPS, but that happens very rarely.

What is confusing is that my friend is getting about twice the FPS in the same game, even though my graphics card is more powerful than his.

Here are my system specifications (UserBenchmark results included):

  • Game: 110%, Desk: 118%, Work: 111%
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D – 116.4%
  • GPU: Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti Super – 90.7%
  • SSD: Samsung 990 Pro M.2 1TB – 360.1%
  • SSD: Samsung 990 Pro M.2 2TB – 374.8%
  • RAM: G.SKILL DDR5 6000 C30 (2x16GB) – 198.7%
  • Motherboard: MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI

Given these specifications, I believe my system should be able to run the game much better. I would really appreciate your help in identifying what might be causing this issue and how to fix it.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards

Same for me using a 5700X3D and RX 9070 XT. The big drops are mostly contained within Sacrament though, in the rest of the world the GPU usage and framerate are high and mostly stable.

In the AMD software you can always try these configurations to see if it helps?

Make sure you restart PC after you have changed the driver features and before you start any games.
