Bug for storage box

I have buy a new storage box and placed in my new house (spended 20 or 25 silver coins? location is in square) before to challenge Boss
which named “Disruptor” or “Shakers”？（my language version is simplified Chinese）. But when i win the boss came back to Holy City my house, the box is gone(missed), only empty house. my stored items in that box are gone too. TAT

is it in any way similar to these reported bugs?

"Ghost" chests bug

I have several chests in my house that are not accessable anymore. They are still visible, but more like ghosts. You can walk through them, flower pots on the top of the big ones are also not selectable. I was able to pick up some chests where it happened also, but ony because they were more in the middle of the room and their “pivot point” seems to be offsetted way behind them. LOST Small chests at house with all stored items inside

So I had 6 medium chests that I bought, and placed in my house, and 2 small chests, I stored 55 fallen embers inside one of the small chests. and I quit the game for couple of hours, and when I logged back I couldnt find my 2 chests, and I lost all the items inside them aswell … Attached log files. https://we.tl/t-TTjkeFxNGx

similer but not at all, i only have one box(obtained from blacksmith) and placed in house stored some items, but now box is gone, items are gone too, like never exist, can’t see it

so from other (similar) threads i know there might be a way to get your items back, if you log out to the main menu, and load your realm from a previous save.

but i am not sure if this applies here, since you killed a boss in the meantime. so no guarantees here, but might be worth a try. hope it helps.

oh, thanks for ur reply. that’s not big deal for loss items. report bug just want to make the game better~
