I’m currently running a dex build using a bow and I wish I could aim it where I want with cursor apposed to it locking on.
There are a lot of times where I’m fighting two guys and I have one down to low health and I am dodging around and what not and then I end up shooting the wrong guy because he’s a bit closer.
And also there are time when I gain up focus to do my multi shot and it’s not even close to the same lock on mechanics as just the regular arrow. I’ll shoot it at like a wall or completely miss.
If it was just designed to go where the cursor was missing would feel more like a skill issue then a lock on issue.
I like the lock on system but I think it would be better if it locked onto whoever I have the cursor hovering over.
