When next update here? im very Frustrated

I started playing No Rest for the Wicked after the Crucible update, and it crashed. I tried many times, but I still faced this error. I think it fixed after 7 to 10 days, and after that, I started playing the game. I played for maybe an hour, but when I exited, all my progress was deleted. I was angry, but I tolerated it and told myself that I would play again after the next update. But where is that update? Please let me know when the next update goes live.

I’ve also stopped playing the game because there are many graphic issues, character bugs, and I found a bug where when I save my game and exit, then reopen it, all my chests reset. I have to collect them all again and again, and the items are still in my inventory after I exit the game. So please let me know when the next update goes live. I’m very excited to play this game, and I hope you can fix the graphic bugs.

I would advice to delete everything and reinstall the game, maybe those weird bugs will go away, after the crucible update some people on steam said they couldnt start the game anymore, but its worth a try at least, since this is EA and we will probably have some wipes, dont get too attached to the loot, i for one just erase every char and realm before a major update, to see if they changed anything on the starting areas.

Especially the provided link. It helps the team investigate if they have as much data about the issue as possible.

I also recommend to check the Forum for similar posts. Without even scrolling down u can find a related post here:
