I have unlocked the Forged Anvil at Fillmore’s, and have unlocked several weapon recipes which say they can be crafted at the Forged Anvil, but when I interact with the anvil it shows me the categories: Crafting Tables, Refineries, Storage, and Other, there is no option for weapons.

Update, it seems I can craft Tools at the anvil (pickaxe, axe, and shovel) but not any weapons. I’m not sure about armor as I don’t currently have any armor recipes.
You need to expand each category DarthOrmus, click on each banner to do that.

Hmm after logging in this morning, Fillmore’s anvil is working as expected with the weapon categories and not the other workbench categories. I didn’t do anything to fix it though, my house doesn’t actually even have an anvil yet lol so I don’t think that’s what was causing the issue (I do have a workbench, stove, and alchemy table though).
I’ll keep an eye out to see if it happens again
I had the exact same problem earlier this week:
I researched two swords which I’d just bought from Fillmore, but couldn’t craft them. Instead, I saw the same options as your OG screenshot shows.
It’s most likely a bug, where your researched weapons only become available when you start a new session (quit to the main menu and load into your realm again).
