Can't craft plate armor

Hello guys,

I can’t seem to find a way to craft plate armor.
First of all I have several parts already researched, at least 2 of each piece set.
When I go to the blacksmith anvil : it only asks me to craft 1H, 2H or ambidextrous weapons or tools. This is the same with my T3 anvil at home.

Am I missing something ?
