Troubles on Asus Rog Ally

Hey there,

Im really hyped for this game.

BUT I cant launch it on my device… Im on Asus Rog Ally, the team told that the game was ready for this device but I got a black screen on the start, I have the music but no image (sometime the start of the splash screen but Frozen)
I tried everything I found on internet without success

Did someone play on Rog Ally with no problem ? Dev team any club for this ?

So, just a few things to verify before we proceed.

  1. Are your graphics and windows up to date.
  2. Is steam up to date.
  3. Is it a long time then the game boots up, or is it permanently black.

Hey there

I tried lot of things this couple of day.

Nothing worked, I still got the same issue. Black screen and sounds working.

  1. Everything is up to date
  2. It always is up to date
  3. I tried to keep running the game 1 hour, still no images

I tried everything I found on the web…

All games works except this one (both Oris, Diablo 4, Cyberpunk …). It looks like a startup, splashscreen issue (sometimes I see a thin white ray)

I will be glad to play this game, Im so hyped

Can you post your AMD software settings. Specifically the Graphics, tab.

I suspect something enabled is causes this issue.

Example : For Nvidia, Fast Sync causes a similar issue.
