Bug: Blackscreen after GPU-Change (Nvidia to Radeon)

Hey NRFTW-Team,

I want to report a bug. A few days ago I changed my GPU from a Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 Ti to a Radeon RX 7700 XT. Since I change the GPU I only hear the Menu-Music and see some Icons of the Buttons (see the screenshot in my uploaded files). Hi guys, recently I encountered a game crash and black screen issue that is fixed by restarting on an AMD build? My setup: AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT processor, AMD Radeon RX 6800XT graphics card, 16GB RAM. The first time I launched, it crashed during the prologue on the ship. After some fixes, it got better; I cleared part of the island, but now it crashes on the first boss during the fight at about the same time. Black Screen after launch

After hotfix patch 4 I try to hop on the game, greeted by black screen, I had to restart my whole computer.

I have a G5 15 5590 Windows 10 (tried on both versions of windows). Whenever I attempt loading the game, it is stuck on the black screen with just music. After a while, a ‘not responding’ notification pops up. There were a view times I was able to get it past the studio logo part and into the actual title screen, but when I tried loading a realm, the game crashes, immediately kicking me out. Well thanks for your reply but there is no solution. After waiting for 2 (!) hours, nothing changed.

i am sorry, to hear that. I assume you did all the common things, like updating drivers or clean installing drivers for the new card, restart PC multiple times, verify integrity of game files etc. etc.

if all that does not help, i assume it is the same issue as with the other posts, and we have no other choice than to wait for the dev team to take a look.

it might help the team to pull some log files. there is a thread about it here (not sure if related to this specific error, but getting logfiles might help either way): How to Make a Performance Capture

After switching from NVDIA card to A MDcard, the game starts with only the opening screen animation, and then the screen goes black
