Suggestions for a Fast travel system

Hi developers! As far as I understood from the interview with Thomas and Zizaran, it’s need to limit the fast travel ability to all open Whispers, because the world is beauty, has a complex level design and is constantly updated and alive.

I have an interesting suggestion - to add a system for remembering/forgetting a Whisper point.
How it works - being on any Whisper (excluding the hub), you can remember it, and it will be saved and available for teleportation and will not disappear after several teleportations (approximately like a save slot in old games).
When you need to remember a new fast travel point at another Whisper, you can overwrite it, erasing the old one.

For balance, their number will be limited - from one at the beginning of the game they can be increased by the Watcher (for Plague Ichor) to conditional three or five slots (approximately, you always can smoothly increase quanity with a new content in the game). Thus, the player himself will regulate the fast travel points, and there will not be too many of them.

I am not against the option of a greater/lesser Whisper, but there is a question of how best to place them. It is clear that you can make the Great Whispers to the Crucible and Marin Village. But where to place the rest fast travel points, which are between the hubs? In each location there are several Whispers, and they can be important at a particular moment, for example, farming items for crafting equipment, daily quests or mining ore, wood, etc.
