Hello again everybody!
I have a suggestion that I think would improve the feeling and will deep into the game battle mechanics and build specialisations.
Almost every build I tried have one thing in common: 30 points on Equip load.
Why? because I found there is no sustantial different between a light armor, a medium armor and a heavy armor and, if I can choose, I’ll choose an armor with good enchantments and better armor rate.
That’s an easy “choise” as you see.
So, my suggestion is to make the category of amor matters.
Maybe it’s possible to list the builds in 4 categories right now (maybe more but I found this 4 are the most common):
-Light Builds (you trust in your dodge skills and your sneaky tricks)
-Medium Builds (you trust in your balance and peace of mind)
-Heavy Builds (you trust in you smash-them-all capacity)
-Concentration Builds (You trust in your skills that consume concentration)
So the problem is, If I make a Heavy build with %lifeonhit+%increasehealing or %concentrationonhit + increase concentration it’s the rest of light or medium armor has no point (well, they at least give you some money)
My suggestion is that armors have default enchantments based on type. So you’ll need to choose carefully and not a give-it-to-me-all heavy for everything state of mind.
I bring to the table some possible ideas about this:
-Light: less armor but possibility to get enchantments of %increase healing
-Medium: more armor but possibility to get enchantments of %increase endurance or gain endurance.
-Heavy: buch of armor but possibility to get enchantments of %life on damage taken.
-“Spellcaster”: less armor but possibility to get enchantments of %concentration on damage.
This is just an example, but you got my point. You have to make a decision:
You can still play an strength build with %life on damage dealt but you cannot have also a heavy armor but a light one (kind of berserker)
You can still play those funny builds of %concentration on damage dealt but without all that amount of armor.
Or maybe you can pick four of a kind but you won’t be inmortal.
Well that should be all. What do you think about this? In my opinion this would bring more important decision on our builds.
Thank you again for reading!
