At the highest settings, GPU usage goes up to 95% and above, but in some areas, it can drop to 90%. On average, I get 65 FPS at 2K resolution. When I lower the settings or turn on FSR, GPU usage drops to 50%, the FPS maxes out at 75, and stuttering occurs. In short, the game needs to maintain high GPU usage; otherwise, a CPU bottleneck occurs.
