Status effects could be quicker and stronger

Currently, except for say occasional plague status effect, none of the enemy attacks really build status effects. At the same time, our own attacks don’t build status effects on enemies quicker, if they do. Maybe they are? I at least don’t see anything visual on enemies say ice, on fire or status markers below/above their health bars, their movements getting slower say if they catch frostbite. I also don’t see their health decreasing constantly. So more pronounced visual and health feedback both on our character and enemies would definitely make builds feel better!
