I am having sound issues in the Orban Glades (between the Whisper and the gate that leads to the Darak first encounter). When crossing a certain border (red line, see screenshot), nearly all sounds get muted. Only some character sounds are heard, but delayed. The bug appeared for the first time, post fix 4. I am in the endgame.
