Gate event got bugged and even after I destroyed the gate, the monster couldn’t walked through the gate. Feint attacks to bait the monster’s jumping attacked forced the monster to glitch through the open door. After killing the monster, all ambient sound stopped and the only sound was from action events like mining ore or attacking. Restarting the game fixed the sound problem.
During a crucible run but the first stage my (sound effect specific) audio went out completely for about 2 minutes.
Many reports already I’m sure they have it in the bug fix queue or have already resolved it for the upcoming patch.
Patch notes will be a good read this time I think.
