I don’t know if this is the right place to address this. Not much of a problem, just thought i had to point it out for the dev team.
When talking to Sora (at the hunter’s camp) 2 times, she gives you a letter to be given to her sister, Eleanore.
If you speak to Sora a third time, she thanks you for giving the letter, which i didn’t do yet (just wanted to see all dialogues before leaving).
I guess it should not happen that way ?…
im not good at French, but this is something some people did/do before you deliver a letter. Some people thank you beforehand for delivering the letter for them to someone else (not for having delivered the letter). But you might be right ^^
In Real Life - I know some elderly ppl have thanked beforehand because its unsure wether we meet again.. sad but true.
Here is the litteral translation just for additional information:
“Thanks for bringing my letter. I don’t know if i would have been able to look at her in the eyes to give it to her.”
Anyway, thanks for bringing a bit of context. If this is meant, then i understand what was trying to be said here. Felt a bit unusual, but yea, i get it.
Anyways try reposting this in bug thread with localization but make it a question (?) its always better to be on the safe side

Sora gives us a letter, and after that the following line can be triggered:
“Thank you for delivering my letter… I don’t know if I could look Eleanor in the eye to hand it over myself”.
For English-speaking players, this line is perfectly clear and does not raise any questions.
It was translated into Russian, German, and French without context. Possibly the same applies to other languages as well.
“Thank you for delivering my letter” in English functions as a kind of advance or implied future thanks, but in other languages it is understood as gratitude for an action that has already been completed, which is confusing.
“I don’t know if I could look Eleanor in the eye to hand it over myself” should also be interpreted in the present or future tense, not as something that already happened, which is how it ends up sounding in translation.
In Russian, the line should be translated more like this:
Спасибо, что доставишь моё письмо. …Я не знаю, смогла бы я посмотреть Элеоноре в глаза, если бы передавала это письмо сама.
