Session Error: Code [4] after killing 1st Crucible boss (for the first time)

After killing the 1st crucible boss (for the 1st time - after many many tries), I grabbed the loot. (A unique lacquer bow, and a plague ichor)

Then just as it looked like it was transitioning to the next zone (or whatever happens after you beat the boss), the screen went black, and sent me back to the lobby with a Session Error: Code [4].

I then logged back in, and unfortunately everything from that run was gone, and it hasn’t registered that I killed the boss.

I unfortunately don’t have a screenshot of the error, because I was too worried about logging back in to check my stuff. (I was sure that because I had picked it up, I would have it. :frowning: )

Have not tried to replicate it yet (I expect it will take me awhile to beat the boss again).

Happy to report no such repeat issues of this kind.
